If you want to move your existing hosted site to us. After you complete the order and payment formalities please open a support ticket with the FTP details for migration of your website. If its Linux and on Cpanel your email users would even know the site has moved its that quick and seamless.
If your website is hosted on Windows server you would need to provide us with not just website password but the MSSQL database details and folder permissions required if any.
If for what so ever reason you want to move out and there is no outstanding dues from you a simple email to the support desk and your entire website backup will be emailed to you.
